Eligibility and age

Our product is recommended for ages 16+ due to mild irreverent humour in the game name and losing-player title. By ordering, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, pack options, and promotions at any time. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example due to stock, suspected fraud, or payment failure). Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. Ownership of goods passes to you once we receive full payment and the goods are delivered.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. Domestic orders over R500 qualify for free shipping.

Intellectual property

All branding, artwork, product design, website content, and card designs remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy, resell our digital assets, or reproduce the deck artwork without written permission.

Disclaimer

Sh*thead is a recreational card game for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the CPA.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
